Roland Park has teamed up with the friendly professionals at Second Act Financial Services, a senior-focused division of Liberty Savings Bank, F.S.B, of Wilmington, Ohio, to provide eligible seniors a Home Equity Line of Credit loan tailor-made for their next act! Your seniors can take advantage of the equity in their home by applying for a line of credit. If approved, they can pay for their Entry Fee with their Home Equity Line of Credit and make interest-only payments on their outstanding loan balance. When they sell their home, they simply pay the Home Equity Line of Credit in full.
